Vasia Makris is the founder of Moments. a creative agency and the curator & founder behind Moments. Gallery at Dream Downtown in NYC. Working at the intersection of art, culture and technology, she is passionate about bridging industries and supporting creators, spearheading new initiatives, brand collaborations, large-scale events and curated exhibitions.

Vasia curates rotating exhibitions of international artists, pairing digital displays with physical installations so the two mediums work in dialogue. Each curation reshapes the space into a living art experience, always keeping culture and creators at the core.
Experience
a decade at the front edge.
A former educator who left teaching to pursue entrepreneurship, Vasia quickly found herself building at the front edge of contemporary art and culture. She co-founded the world's first digital art gallery in hospitality, running it for three and a half years across locations in Los Angeles and New York giving her experience bridging art, hospitality and culture that shaped the foundation of Moments.
